Each class follows a clear structure that helps kids and adults feel safe, supported, and challenged at the right level. We focus on consistent routines, positive coaching, and steady progress so you and your kids can build confidence over time without feeling overwhelmed.
While every program is age-specific, they all share the same foundation: respect, effort, and personal growth. As you and your kids grow, they’re able to move through our programs with confidence, familiarity, and a strong sense of belonging.

Our kids programs are divided by age and development level so children are learning alongside peers in a supportive environment. This helps kids feel comfortable, confident, and appropriately challenged.
No experience is needed at all. Most kids who join us are brand new. Classes are structured so beginners feel welcome and supported from day one.
That’s very common. Our instructors are used to working with kids of all personalities and take time to help new students feel comfortable. Many shy kids gain confidence simply by being in a positive, encouraging environment.
Classes follow a consistent routine so kids know what to expect. This helps with focus, listening skills, and confidence. As students progress, the challenge increases at a pace that makes sense for them.
We keep a high instructor-to-student ratio so every child receives attention, guidance, and encouragement during class. This allows instructors to support each student’s learning and development.
Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect for a first visit. We’ll help you with anything else after your child attends their first class.

AGES 4–6
Confidence + movement for our youngest students
Our Tiny Cubs program is designed specifically for ages 4–6, using BJJ-based movement and play to help young children build focus, coordination, and social confidence in a safe, structured environment.In 30-minute classes, your child learns to listen, follow direction, take turns, and try again when things feel tough. Our Lion Cubs program takes kids ages 6–9 through 60-minute BJJ fundamentals classes designed to build real technique alongside the life skills that matter most — discipline, respect, and perseverance. With multiple class options throughout the week, your child develops alongside peers in a structured environment where every step forward is recognized and celebrated.

Advanced BJJ training for teens ready to be pushed
Teen Lions is our program for ages 10 and up, combining BJJ fundamentals with advanced technique for teens who are serious about their training and their growth on and off the mat. Classes are designed to challenge teens physically and mentally — building confidence, discipline, and leadership through consistent, high-quality instruction from our experienced coaching staff.
Best for: Teens and adults ages 13+ at any skill level — from complete beginners to experienced grapplers looking to sharpen their game.
What they build:
Technical BJJ: guard passing, submissions, sweeps, and defensive survival in live rounds
Mental toughness: staying composed when it's uncomfortable — a skill that carries into every area of life

Gi and no-gi BJJ, six days a week, for all levels
Our Adult BJJ program runs Monday through Saturday for teens and adults at every level. Whether you're stepping on the mat for the first time or looking to sharpen your game, our coaches meet you exactly where you are. With 11 BJJ coaches — including 5 black belts — our adult classes offer some of the most detailed, high-quality instruction in the Antelope Valley, inside a gym that feels like a community.
